The Vintage section of this lake house was built in 1952. In 2018, the Vogue 2-story addition was built for 4-season use. Together they are a sublime combination of classic cottage and modern farmhouse, architecturally unique, and beautifully decorated. The furnished outdoor patio gives way to the landscape. Dogs welcome!
*All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The Space:
**PLEASE NOTE: Beginning November 1st through May 15th, the 'Vintage' side of the home will be closed off for the winter months. Occupancy will be a maximum of 6 guests in the 'Vogue' side of the home. Sleeping arrangements during this time consist of 3 queen bedrooms and 2 full baths. Cleaning fee will vary by time of year based on closure of the 'Vintage' side of the home.**

Vintage - Classic Style Cottage on one floor with a loft area
Large living area with lake views, small kitchen, NOTE: Fieldstone fireplace is not functioning at this time.
Full Bathroom with walk in shower
Bedroom with Queen Bed, and Bedroom with 2 twin beds on the main floor
**This side of the home is closed off for the winter months beginning on November 1st and opening back up on May 15th**
Vogue - 2-stories, stylishly modern
Main floor:
Full kitchen, seated dining table for 8 with lake view
Bedroom with Queen bed and attached full bathroom with tub and shower
Large cushioned seat is also a daybed.
2nd floor:
2 bedrooms each with Queen beds
In upstairs sitting area (w TV) the large cushioned seat is also a daybed.
One full bathroom with shower only
NOTE: there is an additional vanity with a sink upstairs near bedrooms
The total square footage is 2,138 sqft.
Please note: There is no central AC in this home. There are fans available and a nice breeze from the lake helps to keep the home cool.
Outside:
You will have access to a firepit (wood provided); a dock; one 2 person kayak - life jackets.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $129 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $2000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.
DOCK: You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues.
